Order Processing

Orders are likely to leave the next working day, however during busy periods it may take up to 3-5 working days to fully process your order.

All items are subject to stock availability, and any inventory counts posted on our website should be taken as approximate and indicative only.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

For orders within the UK we send smaller orders through Royal Mail and larger orders with a courier so please take provided delivery dates as guidance and not guaranteed.  During any Courier Strikes we may use an alternative form of shipping other than Royal Mail. 

We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Lost Orders

In some rare cases it may take up to 14 working days for your order to be delivered, and therefore we are not able to consider a refund for lost items until after this time has passed.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
